May 1st – May 21st, 2013

Become a certified Yoga teacher in beautiful Koh Phangan, Thailand.  This training will be held at  The Monte Vista Retreat Center .

Whether you want to become a yoga teacher or just deepen your own experience and practice of yoga, this yoga intensive is a transformational experience.  You will be immersed in a yoga practice and lifestyle, supported along the way, and create bonding friendships to last a lifetime.

What makes this training different, is that it is firmly rooted in the authentic traditions of yoga and a direct lineage of Swami Sivananda, one of the most celebrated yoga masters of 20th century.  The yoga philosophy and techniques are taught and passed from teacher to student as they have been for thousands of years.  There is no dogma or religion, but a deep respect for the spiritual and mystical aspects of the practice.

Students from countries around the world, such as Chile, France, Peru, Columbia, India, Mexico, Trinidad, Venezuela, have trained with Vastu School of Yoga.  Many of them have opened their own yoga centers such as:

Bliss Yoga in Watkinsville Georgia, Sabeena Yoga, in Coral Springs Florida,  Mawu Yoga Angels, in Bali, Indonesia,  The Monte Vista Retreat Center, ThailandShakti Yoga Shala in Lauderhill, Florida and many more!
